Jumping into the deep water outside the pass, you are greeted by large white tip reef sharks (Albimarginatus). This is where the dive Te Ava Drift starts and takes you on a journey. As we enter into the pass, we find schools of surgeons, sea pike barracuda and shimmering jack fish. Let yourself be taken slowly by the currents past the remarkable view. We sometimes see manta rays along the way and towards the end, close to the fish parks, the schools are in full session once more with convict surgeons and moray eels galore. The boat is waiting on the surface to pick us up near the lagoon.
